This month, I discussed some significant changes in my life – introducing a new family member and deciding to move out of my parent's house. I continued my food journey by learning how to make homemade pasta. When I was feeling creatively blocked, I discussed needing to prioritize my family traditions to revive my creativity. I celebrated Earth Day and National Guitar Month, which granted me the opportunity to interview a local musician, Jay Valeyo.
